StoreDekho brand, the web platform storedekho.in, and the StoreDekho mobile
application (collectively, the "Platform"). In this document, "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to ASKNJ 7T9
Communication Private Limited and/or its licensed Company, as the context requires. "You", "Your", or "User"
refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.
This Privacy Policy is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. It governs how we
collect, store, process, share, and protect your information when you use the Platform. It does not apply to
information collected by third parties you interact with through or alongside our Platform.
By registering an account or accessing the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you are

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this
Policy, or as required by applicable law. When you request deletion of your data, we will act on it promptly —
however, certain information may be retained where permitted or mandated by law (e.g., for dispute resolution
or fraud prevention).
If you close your account, you may do so via Profile → Support → Raise request in the mobile app.
Upon account closure, we will either delete or de-identify your information, except where retention is
required by law.
The Platform may contain links to external websites or services ("Third-Party Sites"). We are not responsible
for the privacy practices, content, or security of those sites. Each Third-Party Site operates under its own
privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before submitting any personal information. Our Privacy
Policy does not govern information provided to or collected by any third-party service.
We may work with third-party advertising partners who use anonymised data about your visits to serve relevant
ads. These partners do not receive your name, email, phone number, or address.
Any feedback, reviews, testimonials, or other content you post on publicly accessible areas of the Platform
becomes publicly visible and may be viewed by other users. All intellectual property rights in such posts vest
with us upon submission. We reserve the right to remove any post that violates our Terms of Use. Deleted posts
may still appear in cached or archived pages, or may have been saved by other users.
Access & Correction
You may review and update your personal information at any time via Profile → Edit Profile in the
mobile app. We may need to verify your identity before making changes.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by closing your account (Profile → Support → Raise
request). Please note that withdrawal of consent will limit your access to the Platform and its
services. We will delete or de-identify your data following withdrawal, subject to any legal retention
obligations.
Opt-Out of Marketing
You may opt out of promotional emails and marketing communications at any time. However, you will continue
to receive transactional and service-related communications.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon
publication. We will endeavour to notify you of significant changes through the Platform or registered
communication channels. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, we have designated a
Grievance Officer to address concerns related to the handling of your personal information.
Pay Now & Pick-Up In-Store
Orders placed under the "Pay Now, Pick-Up In-Store" mode are fulfilled based on a mutual agreement between
the store and the customer. StoreDekho is not liable for delivery, return, refund, or exchange decisions in
such transactions.
Store Ratings & Penalties
When a order is rejected several times by a store, StoreDekho might action with store rating impact. Stores
are expected to exercise due diligence when delivering or handing over products.
