Terms of Use

Welcome to StoreDekho. The web platform storedekho.in and the StoreDekho mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") are operated and managed by ASKNJ 7T9 Communication Private Limited and its licensed entities (collectively, "We", "Us", "Our", or "StoreDekho"). The terms "You", "Your", or "User" refer to anyone accessing or using the Platform.

This document is an electronic record published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical or digital signature. By accessing or using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with StoreDekho and accept these Terms of Use ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies published on the Platform.

The Platform is not intended for use by minors (under 18 years of age) without parental or guardian supervision and express consent. StoreDekho reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion.

The Platform enables you to avail the following services ("Services"):

• A personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable privilege to browse and purchase consumer products — including pooja ghar items, hardware product and related products — on a business-to-consumer (B2C) basis for personal use only (not resale).
• Access to last-mile delivery of products, facilitated by individual stores on the Platform at their own discretion, for a service fee.
• Customer support for queries and issues related to your account and orders.

The Company may add, modify, or discontinue stores, products, or services at any time without prior notice. Availability of services may vary by city or region — please verify availability in your area before placing an order. The Company does not engage in unfair trade practices or arbitrary classification of users or delivery partners(if applied).

The Services are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older, are not undischarged insolvents, and are otherwise competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You must not discriminate against delivery service providers on the basis of race, religion, caste, creed, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, or any other ground unlawful under applicable law. Verified instances of such discrimination may result in immediate suspension of your account, without any liability on our part.

To access the full range of Services, you must register and create an account on the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all account information you provide is complete, accurate, and kept up to date. StoreDekho reserves the right to refuse or suspend access to Services if it has reasonable grounds to believe the information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully liable for all activity conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach. Failure to keep your credentials secure may result in you being held liable for resulting losses.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. We work with licensed third-party payment gateways to process transactions. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are legally authorised to use the payment instrument and that its use does not violate any applicable terms or laws.

The payment facility on the Platform is an electronic payment processing service — it is not a banking or financial service. Your issuer may levy additional fees such as transaction charges depending on your payment method and account terms.

Products are sold at Indian Rupees, either at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP, inclusive of all taxes) or at a discounted price, as displayed on the Platform. Prices are subject to change without notice. All applicable charges — including delivery fees — are disclosed at checkout before you confirm your order. The Company does not manipulate the price of any product or service listed on the Platform. They are solely managed by the stores.

If you notice a pricing error, please bring it to our attention and we will endeavour to make the necessary correction promptly.

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. The Company is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you request to leave a delivery unattended, you expressly release the Company from liability for theft, tampering, contamination, or temperature-related spoilage.

For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, the store may refuse delivery if full payment is not made at the time of delivery. Such orders will be treated as cancelled, and the Company reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for the attempted delivery.

StoreDekho is a digital local commerce platform. Warranties and guarantees for products, if any, are those of the respective stores. Please refer to the physical product packaging for accurate nutritional, usage, batch, and manufacturer information — product images on the Platform are representative and may not reflect the exact product delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel orders from users with a history of suspicious activity, repeated policy violations, or unusually high transaction volumes, without obligation to provide a reason.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for availing the Services. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform or any of its content
• Use automated tools (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access, copy, or monitor any part of the Platform
• Frame or enclose the Platform's trademarks or proprietary content using framing techniques
• Upload, transmit, or share unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform
• Upload or introduce software viruses or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of the Platform
• Engage in any activity that threatens national security, promotes hatred, or violates applicable law

You are responsible for maintaining the equipment and internet connectivity required to access the Platform. The Company is not liable for content you may encounter on the Platform that you find offensive or objectionable — use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, user interfaces, artwork, music, and code — is either owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform may not be used without the prior written consent of the Company or the relevant rights holder.

The Company disclaims any ownership over intellectual property rights vested in the products themselves. References to third-party names, marks, or products on the Platform are made with their consent for user convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

If you believe the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us in writing at legal@storedekho.in with full details including proof of ownership, the infringing content's location on the Platform, and your contact information. Incomplete or false claims may result in termination of your access.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" basis without any express, implied, or statutory warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will always be available, error-free, or free from interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StoreDekho, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and partner stores from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, your violation of applicable law, or any infringement of third-party rights.

The Platform is intended for use within the Republic of India. Users accessing it from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by closing your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if it believes, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.

Termination does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination — including payment for any orders placed. Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law provisions) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Uttar Pradesh, India.
